At Maddy Electronics, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery timelines, courier services, and charges.

1. Courier Services

Third-Party Couriers
We have partnered with over 10 courier companies, including Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, Bluedart, and more, to ensure fast and efficient delivery. These are third-party service providers and are not owned by Maddy Electronics. Estimated delivery time is dispatch time plus 7 days, though delivery may vary based on location zones.

Indian Post Service
For areas where private couriers do not operate, such as certain regions of Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern states, and rural areas, we offer shipping via Indian Post Service. Deliveries through Indian Post may be delayed due to national and regional holidays. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders shipped via Indian Post Service.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders are processed and shipped within 0–1 days. If an item is out of stock, there may be a 1–2 day delay while we fulfill your order. Delivery time also depends on the delivery zone.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders require an additional ₹20 COD charge. The total delivery charge for COD orders is ₹49 (standard delivery) + ₹20 (COD charge) = ₹69. Customers must pay ₹69 in advance, while the remaining product amount is payable upon delivery. COD orders are usually shipped within 2–3 days.

Coverage: All pin codes within Uttar Pradesh
Delivery Charge: ₹49 (Prepaid Orders)
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–5 days plus dispatch time

Zone B
Coverage: Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, and all Union Territories
Delivery Charge: ₹49 (Prepaid Orders)
Estimated Delivery Time: 6–9 days plus dispatch time

Zone C
Coverage: North East States (Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura)
Delivery Charge: ₹69 (Prepaid Orders)
Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 days plus dispatch time

4. Additional Notes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays. Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp. COD is not available for Indian Post shipments.
