Return and Refund Policy For MaDDy Electronics store
Our refund policy lasts 3 days starting from the day of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If Eligible Then Credit To Origin Account In 4-5 Days After Confirmation. Make a unboxing video when you receive the parcel and inform us immediately if any product is missing or damaged

Refunds( If Applicable)
Once your unboxing video is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your video data. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 days after confirmation. if you don’t want refund and want to exchange damage product then you have to send product yourself to us on then address given below. We will take a look on damage item and video proof then if you eligible then we will send new item to you.
Exchanges:
If you don’t want refund and want to exchange your item then we will add missing items to you new orders for that, send us an email at support@maddyelectronics.com and send your item missing items proof and unboxing video and you new order no. we will add your missing item to new order.
Order Cancellation:
If you want to cancel your order then you have to raise a request to cancel your order on our WhatsApp Chat within 3-4 hours after order placing. Then we will refund your full amount to origin account in 4-5 days. If you want to cancel order after 3-4 hours then we will cancel your order but we deduct a cancellation charge i.e. 29/- rupees and rest amount we will refund to origin account in 4-5 days.
Note:- Once an order gets packed and dispatched, it can not be canceled.
Order Undelivered/RTO:
If an order gets undelivered/RTO due to a customer mistake then. Then our first priority is to contact with costumer and send order again. But if costumer doesn’t want order then in the case of Cash-on-Delivery: We will not be able to dispatch COD orders again to the same customer and 69/- rupees which he paid as advance will not be refunded to him, they will deducted as return charges. And In case of Prepaid: Refund can be provided after deducting shipping charges(s).
If an order gets undelivered/RTO due to a delivery partner’s mistake then a re-ship or full refund will be provided only on prepaid orders.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
