At Maddy Electronics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. But Sometimes by chance you will get damaged and missing items. So here is the process for refunds & exchange policy.

1. Refund & Exchange Policy 💸

  • Duration: Valid for 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Process Duration: If eligable for Refunds & Exchange then the process will take 4-5 Business Days.
  • Requirement: An unboxing video that shows original label with details like name & bar code and shot before box opening must be provided within 12-18hours or receiving products.
  • Note 1: If Costumer Make Unboxing Video After Original Packing Opening Then Video Should Be Rejected. In That Case We are Not Responsible For Your Loss.
  • Note 2: If Costumer Found Box Damaged & Open While Receiving. Then Make A Proper Video Of Delivery Boy While Receiving The Product Box. 
  • Note 3: Refunds Are Only Provided For Missing Items. For Damaged and Not Working Products There is only Exchange Process

2. Refund Process (If Applicable) 🔄

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the unboxing video, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund with Valid Reason.
  • If Eligable: If our team verify your unboxing video and finds it well, then they will call you, and tell you that you are eligable for refunds. And they also take your payment details where you want your refund.  
  • Payment Timing: Payment will processed within 4-5 business days To Bank Account.

        NOTE: Refunds Are Only Provided For Missing Items. For Damaged and Not Working Products There is only Exchange Process

3.  Exchange Process (If Applicable) 🔄

  • Exchange for Damaged Products: Pack the items safely and carefully as they are packed before. If we provide a label to you then paste it over box safely with cransparent cello tape over it to pickup boy. If we didnt provide label then give it to pickup boy without pasting label with original packing.
  • Exchange for Not Working Products: Pack the items safely and carefully as they are packed before. If we provide a label to you then paste it over box safely with cransparent cello tape over it to pickup boy. If we didnt provide label then give it to pickup boy without pasting label with original packing.
  • Process Time: Its process time depends upon delivery timing. Reverse Pickup Timing+Delivery Time that is approx 10-11 Days.
  • Verification: After receiving back the product we will verify the product, that it is our or others product. If Verified then we will send new product. If not verified the exchanged is rejected with valid reasons. 
  • Note 1: If you are eligable for exchange, damaged & not working items will be included in your next order if their value is below 99/- .
  • Note 2: If you are eligable for exchange, damaged & not working items will be exchanged if their value is over 99/- .

         NOTE: For Damaged and Not Working Products There is only Exchange Process. Refunds Are Only Provided For Missing Items

4. Order Cancellation ❌

  • Note 1: Full refund within 4-5 business days if costumer cancelled order within in 4-5 Hours .
  • Note 2: A ₹29 cancellation fee applies. If costumer cancelled order After 4-5 Hours .
  • Note 3: Packed or dispatched orders Cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests: Must be made via WhatsApp Chat, Given Contact No & You Can Do It Via Click Here

5. Undelivered Orders (RTO – Return to Origin) 🚚

  • Due To Customer Error:
    • Re-delivery attempt will be made Only For Prepaid Orders.
    • Cash On Delivery Order Not Shipped Again
    • If Not Re-Delivered:
      • Prepaid Orders: We can’t ship that order again. A Refund will be maked after deducting both delivery & return charges i.e 69+69.
      • COD Orders: Cash On Delivery orders not send again.
  • Due To Delivery Partner Error:
    • Only prepaid orders qualify for a full refund or Re-Shipped. Choice is Costumer’s.
    • Cash On Delivery orders not send again.

6. Late or Missing Refunds 🕒

  • If you haven’t received your refund:
    1. Check your Bank Account.
    2. Contact your UPI APP Costumer Care.
    3. Reach out to your Bank for potential delays.
    4. Still no refund? Contact Us 

7. Sale Items 🏷️

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.
  • Sale items: Non-refundable.

8. Gift Items 🎁

  • If marked as a gift during purchase:
    • You will not receive any exchange & refund for Gift Items. If there is any problem in that.
