1. Refund Policy 💸

• Duration: Valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Eligibility: Refunds are processed within 4-5 days to the original payment method.
• Requirement: An unboxing video must be provided if an item is missing or damaged.
• Note: Returns are not accepted—only refunds are available.

2. Refund Process (If Applicable) 🔄

• Upon receiving and inspecting the unboxing video, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds: Processed within 4-5 business days.
• Exchange for damaged products: Ship the item back at your expense for inspection and verification.

3. Exchange Policy 🔁

• If you prefer an exchange, missing items will be included in your next order.
• To request an exchange:
  • Email us at support@maddyelectronics.com with proof of missing items (including an unboxing video) and your new order number.

4. Order Cancellation ❌

• Within 3-4 hours: Full refund within 4-5 business days.
• After 3-4 hours: A ₹29 cancellation fee applies.
• Packed or dispatched orders: Cannot be canceled.
• Cancellation requests: Must be made via WhatsApp Chat.

5. Undelivered Orders (RTO – Return to Origin) 🚚

• Due to customer error:
  • Re-delivery attempt will be made first.
  • If not re-delivered:
    • COD Orders: ₹69 advance payment is non-refundable.
    • Prepaid Orders: Refund after deducting shipping charges.
• Due to delivery partner error:
  • Only prepaid orders qualify for a full refund or re-shipment.

6. Late or Missing Refunds 🕒

• If you haven’t received your refund:
  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Reach out to your bank for potential delays.
  4. Still no refund? Email us at support@maddyelectronics.com.

7. Sale Items 🏷️

• Only regular-priced items are refundable.
• Sale items: Non-refundable.

8. Gift Returns 🎁

• If marked as a gift during purchase:
  • You will receive a gift credit for the return.
• If not marked as a gift:
  • Refund will go to the original purchaser.
