Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery with a proper unboxing video submitted within 12–18 hours

Q: What items are eligible for refunds?
Refunds are only provided for missing items. Damaged or not working products are eligible for exchange only

Q: How long does the refund/exchange process take?
Refunds and exchanges typically take 4–5 business days after verification of the unboxing video or returned product. Exchanges may take up to 10–11 days including pickup and delivery

Orders can be canceled within 4–5 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after this window incur a ₹29 fee. Packed or dispatched orders cannot be canceled

Q: Which courier services do you use?
We use multiple courier partners including Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, Bluedart, and Indian Post Service for remote areas

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location zone. Zone A (Uttar Pradesh) takes 4–5 days, Zone B (Other states & UTs) takes 6–9 days, Zone C (North East States) takes 10–15 days

Q: Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is available for private couriers with an additional ₹20 charge but not for Indian Post shipments
